SOUL CARE LIFE LAB - Loving Kids Well: The Power of Trauma-Informed Love

A 1.5 Hour Workshop at Ragamuffin Coffee’s Arber Studios in Newbury Park

$37.00, 10 spots available

This Soul Care Life Lab is designed to help you learn to see beyond behaviors to the heart of a child’s needs in distress—so you can offer the healing-centered love of Jesus—and let the children come (Matthew 19:14).

Who is this for?

Loving Kids Well is for helpers of all kinds who want to deepen their compassion for children: parents/caregivers, teachers, educators, ministry leaders, volunteers, coaches, mental health workers, foster advocates—and anyone who spends time with kids!

What You’ll Gain

Loving kids well begins with experiencing God’s love for yourself—and following Jesus as the ultimate example of healing-centered care. Adopt a trauma-informed perspective to see and respond to children’s needs with understanding and compassion. Embrace God’s brilliant design of the nervous system for connection—and recognize that safety, co-regulation, and secure relationships are key to helping kids and their adults thrive together.

Andy is a Certified Trauma & Resilience Life Coach, Certified Trauma Support Specialist, and an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Arizona Trauma Institute. As a homeschooling mama of 10 years and a kids ministry advocate and trainer, Andy believes children are truly our best teachers.
